
Marshal W. Linder
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Linder joined the Company in 1997 as Vice President of Engineering and Operations, and was named President in 2003. From 1982 to 1997 he held a wide range of positions with IBM, with responsibilities including software and hardware development, industrial design, systems integration, and new business and alliance development. Mr. Linder holds MS and BS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as a BS in Physics from Clarkson University.
Michael L. Saporito
Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO
Mr. Saporito joined the Company in 2004. He has extensive experience as a financial and strategic leader in technology, software, and IT services. He has held a number of financial and operations management positions at TrueCommerce, Cisco Systems, Perot Systems, and Electronic Data Systems. Mr. Saporito holds a BS degree in Finance from West Virginia University.
Walt Welch
Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Welch joined the Company in 2004. He has more than 20 years of management experience in healthcare sales and marketing. He has held a variety of positions in sales management at medical device companies including Cordis (a Johnson and Johnson company), 3M Health Care, and Bentley Laboratories, a division of Baxter International. Mr. Welch holds a BA degree from Villanova University and an MBA degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Jeffrey B. Morgan, Sr.
Vice President, Operations
Mr. Morgan joined the company in 2006. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in creating high technology, high reliability manufacturing operations. He has held numerous senior level management positions with responsibilities for manufacturing operations, supply chain management, quality systems, and manufacturing engineering. Mr. Morgan holds an MBA degree with a concentration in International Business from Point Park University. He also holds a BS degree in Business, has an undergraduate degree in Management & Technologies, and has studied Supply Chain Strategy & Management at MIT, Sloan School of Management.
